On the Road again

Mom's watching a show about living in a camper and driving cross country. It's on the Fine Living Channel . . . but I don't see it as too much fine living. There's a dog in the show. A weiner dog and he gets to sit up front. His name is Dudley.

I could see myself where Dudley is. Sitting up front. Going for walks in the mountains and prairies. Investigating new towns and cities. . . . yeah . . . I'd be a GREAT travel cat.

I don't know as I'd like to play frisbee to get my exercise, though. That looks a little too doggy for me.

Movie Night

Dad and Jim watched Sleuth last night. I dozed off for part of it, so I don't really know what was going on.

It's clear the house didn't have any cats, though. There were a lot of cat toys just sitting around, waiting to be played with.

Destination Found

Last night we did more fireworks. I think we were celebrating that Jim is home, but I'm not sure, because we started firing off bottle rockets before he showed up. Maybe we were marking where we were, so he could find us?

I was reading an Atlas today. I think that I would like to go on a road trip. I am a very good navigator and I would like to see some new places. Like where they catch and can sardines. I'd really like to see that. Maybe they give free samples.

It's all about me

I have the nicest claws. I sharpen them daily.

They are white and oh so pretty against my black fur.

I'm really rather proud of them.

I can look so dangerous, even when I don't put my claws out.

I don't use them alot. They're back up-reserves.

Sometimes I just have to show them--and that's enough to get them in line again.

Oh I love my claws.

God was nice when he gave cats our gifts.

I was listening in a the phonecall last night.

Jim's given his final presentation and he's packing up to come home! That means more pets! Possibly some sardines and . . . . I think . . . I THINK!!!! I just KNOW he's bringing me a pony!!!!!!
