I have a vest for living.

It's a cold cold day--good time to take a nap!

Cat blame games

So now it's all MY fault! I don't think so!!

They just gang up on me and blame me for everything. I am so seriously NOT the one that's causing the problems. I am handsome and athletic and vocal about my rights and so THAT is why THEY are out to get me. They don't like the fact that I'm strong and I'm powerful. They don't like the fact that other people love me and think I'm fantastic.

I'm practically perfect . .. well . . . on some days. . . .

okay . . . I'm not perfect.

But I am lovable.

Socrates Club Assignment

I don't know WHY cats have to do homework. It defeats the whole purpose of being a cat. Cats simply KNOW what is right and what is wrong. We KNOW that life changes and the fluidity of life--causes things that were "wrong" 10 minutes ago--to be RIGHT right now.

Again--cats know this.

And we DON'T DO HOMEWORK!!

Who has time? There are better things to do like sleep, eat, run run run, nap and eat some more.

Birdwatching this morning--it's so cold that the damn birds are FINALLY coming up to the birdfeeder!

Sleepy kitty

I am so verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry sleepy today. It's been a very hard week and I am just exhausted.

That new birdfeeder on the window has been running the bird channel 24/7. How's a cat supposed to SLEEP!!!!

Can't trust that day.

It's cold and icky out. I was able to snuggle with mom and dad until about 1:00 last night . . . and just because I wanted to stretch my legs and play a little, I got kicked out of the bedroom.

The rest of the house is cold. The other best cat nap spots were already taken.

Bummer

can you give me a hand here? I lost squeeky mouse under the radio.

A cat who needs a reality check.

Today I am full of the dickens!
I've been up on the counter.
I opened the door to the laundry room to go inside and sing.
I've gotten canned cat food and over all . . . I think I am pretty wonderful.

Oh man life is good!

Life is full of fun

I like fun.
I like laughing.
I like running.

When the sunlight slips around the top of the house and peaks in the back windows--I like napping.

I like playing in running water.
I like dancing with my tail up
I like singing (if there's an audience).

Life is full of opportunities to enjoy yourself and have fun, like last night

I like playing penguin in front of the fire.
I like sitting on your lap with a yellow pillow nearby highlighting my beautiful blackness.
I like putting my paw over your lips and shushing you when you talk to much.

And I like you
You know how to have fun
You are my friend.

So you're saying that the Earth is ROUND? Like a cat toy?
