Jim's Ithaca Adventure

Mom and dad drove Jim to Ithaca and it was the long way around the lakes because Jim's passport didn't come in time.
They called last night and said that Jim's apartment sublet wasn't going to work. Mom said it was like Animal house. they were throwing furniture out the windows. There were beer bottles all over the apartment (there were 2 other roommates) and . . . something that looked like burned cat nip in a dish in the kitchen.
Jim said . . . "this isn't going to work"
Mom said . . . "Let's go . . . now."
Dad said . . . "very proud of Jim, that's a very good decision."

so they spent all day today finding another place. He has to stay in a hotel for 3 more nights but he'll be in his new place later this week . . . .
